Delete your Holos account

If you can sign in with a password

Sign in to the account you intend to delete. Open Settings → Security & Privacy → Delete Account. Enter that account's current password, type DELETE, and confirm permanent deletion. No account is deleted by visiting this page.

Deletion is irreversible through the application. The server chooses the signed-in account, not an account ID supplied in the request. The information page itself cannot authenticate you or submit a deletion.

What successful deletion removes

A successful database transaction removes the live account and its wellness records, mood entries, preferences, streaks, recommendations, task suggestions, tasks, local schedule entries, snapshots, saved Calendar credentials, linked app events where present, and associated server sessions. Public snapshot links cease to resolve from those records.

If a database operation fails, the transaction rolls back. If the application cannot confirm deletion, it returns an error rather than a success message. Do not assume an error means a deletion has completed.

The Android implementation also attempts to remove its cached snapshot image after successful deletion. It cannot remove copies saved by another application or recipient.

What is not automatically deleted

The operation does not delete entries in your Google Calendar, recipient copies of shared content, or automatically erase external analytics, provider logs or backups. Stored Calendar credentials in Holos are removed; Google Account permissions can also be managed separately in your Google Account.

No backup/log retention periods, third-party processing timelines or additional erasure commitments have been confirmed. Account deletion must not be described as deletion of all copies everywhere.

If you cannot sign in or have no password

The automated deletion endpoint requires both a valid session and the current account password. It does not implement a passwordless deletion or account-recovery verification flow.

The existing application displays support@xaitech.co.za, but the owner has not confirmed that this address is monitored for deletion requests or that a verified support-deletion procedure exists. This is an unresolved release blocker, not a promise of an available support service.

Do not send passwords, access tokens or medical details by email. An email address, this page, or a sent message alone does not prove ownership, authenticate a request or delete an account. The owner must confirm a usable, identity-verified alternative before this page is represented as a complete public deletion-request process.
